Burger of the Quarter
For the 2nd quarter of 2026, we would like to salute one of the key albums in Mexican rock history “Qué Rico Diablo…!” from the pioneering Mexican rock band: Three Souls in my Mind. TSIMM formed in Mexico City in 1968 and paved the way for many bands that we hear today. This burger pays homage to the raw, gritty, psychedelic, blues, hard-rock sounds that inspired multiple generations. Each tamale is made by hand by sous-chef Rosa.
