Humbucker Dortmunder is a collaboration featuring two prominent beer and metal proponents of Chicago’s food and brewing community: Kuma’s Corner and Metropolitan Brewing. Humbucker showcases a dry, bready and biscuit-forward malt profile, with a floral and spicy hop presence accented by a pleasant minerality. Golden in color, clean and easy drinking, this lager is true to its predecessors, and a proper introduction to German lagers. Humbucker Dortmunder will be available only at Kuma’s Corner Restaurants and at Metropolitan’s taproom this summer.
